The lovely, gorgeous girl on her first day (06/09/25) was incredible! Her customer service and customer handling was perfect. She made me feel welcome and I literally just wanted to buy a bottle of something. So thank you so much! She should get a pay rise straight away!!

An awful experience to say the least. After finishing grocery shopping we proceeded to BWS both staff member and security guard at main entrance chatting... no acknowledgement of customers . I then asked am I allowed to come in... after getting our items we proceeded to checkout Lady was on work phone all this time.. even while were completing payments, we then provided woolies receipt for bar code scan. It’s inside the shopping centre so super easy to pop in if you’re nearby or running errands. The store is clean, well-stocked, and they’ve got a good range of wines, beers, and spirits.
