Very disappointing experience at BWS Lithgow. I came to buy alcohol with my boyfriend. The staff member refused to serve me because I look young, which I can understand, however I am 25 years old. Unfortunately, I only had a photo of my ID on my phone. We accepted the refusal and left without any issue. A few minutes later, a friend from our group, who is also over 25 and had his physical ID with him, returned to buy the exact same alcohol.
