Every time I come to this BWS, every staff are extremely rude and even their security guards is absolutely insane. This Indian man standing there was being absolutely arrogant telling people to “obey” him to show ID, thinks he can yell at people for no reason and when asked to stop raising his voice, he threatened to call the police lol. Calling police for you raising your voice at a customer? I’ve sent complaint to the BWS head office. I have never seen such arrogant disgustingly rude person in my life!!
Unfriendly staff and disappointing service. One male staff member long hair with glasses was too busy chatting with his friend instead of serving customers, and when he finally came over to the checkout counter, his attitude was abrupt and unprofessional. Definitely not the experience you’d expect from BWS.
