Just bought a bottle of Tipperary Irish Cream at this bottle shop beside Woolworths. It was marked at $15.00. I went to the register where I was told it costs $15 if you spend $20. I thought what a marketing strategy, right up until she charged me $20 anyway lol. This market the last time my shadow will darken their door. Id rather drive down to Rossmore on Bringelly Rd beside the take away in future. Half a star BWS Leppington.
I was disappointed with my experience at this BWS. I was shopping with an adult and was only helping carry a bottle to the checkout while the adult was the one purchasing and paying for it. We explained this clearly, but I was still asked for my ID even after I had stepped outside the store. I understand that staff need to follow liquor laws and be cautious, and I respect that. Beautiful clean modern store and superb customer service from Javiah
The service and presentation of the store itself is great and i'm definitely going to be back for my favourite (Baileys). The lady with the coloured hair at the counter was absolutely amazing when it came to answering my questions. I don't drink alcohol often but when I do, I'll know to come to BWS Leppington
