Usually very helpful staff but today he was not helpful at all and we were disturbing him on the phone. Didn’t want to be there! Said he was tired! Disappointing.
I can’t be the only one who finds having to use new BWS App difficult when shopping instead of just using loyalty card, I find the ticketing is confusing. Some stores like BWS Launceston are empathetic & accommodating but this store was most unhelpful today, they refused to sell me a product at ticketed price. An awkward experience.
