Jihan is an absolute credit to this store, really knows his stuff, makes great recommendations, and he knows so much about the products. Had a great chat about different wine labels/names and their histories last week, always wonderful to have a chat while we browse. Wouldn't have picked half the things I've found over the last year if it weren't for him and some of them are new favorites when I get together with mates. Truly excellent customer service and a reason to keep coming back.
