Hey Woolies. You need to fire this woman. I agree with the previous post who included these photos. I spoke to another team member about a product I was after that wasn't in stock. When leaving this woman accused me of shoplifting. She has no customer service abilities and obviously no good judgement of character. You can't seriously be this hard up for decent employees.....
I was extremely disappointed with the service I received this evening. While having a lighthearted conversation with another customer, I commented that there was no need for a staff member to be so rude to someone she had just spoken to in front of everyone. We even acknowledged how busy the store was and noted that she seemed to be doing her best. terrible service. would not sell COOKING WINE that we needed for a recipe to someone 50+ years old as a younger person did not have ID on them what a joke, younger person clearly not under 25, covered in tattoos. go support local dedicated liqour stores, its cheaper and the staff arent stupid!
