Had a great experience at BWS kew today . My partner and I couldn’t get our rewards card to work for a half-price offer, but the girl working on Saturday night and if I am not wrong she mentioned her name something like farida / fadina, was incredibly patient and helpful. She tried every solution to make sure we got a fair price. We was really impressed with her positive attitude, kindness towards us and her genuine customer service really stood out. Ben goes above and beyond, the best shop and service getting around!!
Staff are great; muscle dude on a Friday is a great dude. Only criticism is you keep burning the wine in the champagne section. If you keep burning sparkling, you’ve no business selling alcohol.
