Weak customer service from the gentlemen with a larger build when trying to return an unopened product I had bought less than a week ago after the price had dropped. The bloke I spoke with was dismissive, showed no interest in being of help and was impolite. An abrupt "nah" without further clarification, support or apology for inconvenience despite the fact that I've returned products to this specific store before. Either there was a policy change or this fella was just being lazy. Can't imagine which.
The large girl yesterday was unhelpful and made us feel like we were inconveniencing her when asking for help. She was busy texting on her phone and seemed annoyed and irritated when prompted for some basic customer service help.
