Love the American guy that serves there
I was very rudely spoken to by the young woman serving at BWS KAWANA Buddina this afternoon. She ticked me off for enquiring about having a box for 6 bottles. Abrupt and disinterested manner. I will look for another store.
The store clerk (American) was horribly rude to both myself and other elderly people in the store. Condescending and just plain rude. I won’t be going back.
An American staff member there was rude & condescending- asking where I learnt English and if I went to a foreign school… then laughed me off when I asked why he would say something like that. Poor customer service, very uncomfortable
My partner went into BWS this morning and was rudely told by Craig that his liquor wasn’t on special. When we got home I purchased at the special price my partner told Craig it was, and then had to drive all the way back to click and collect. Useless!! Go to Dan Murphys next door for better service!!!
