Clean and tidy. The staff member was very helpful .
I had a very disappointing experience at this store on Thursday afternoon. The male staff member on duty (around mid-40s) was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. His attitude was arrogant and made me feel uncomfortable as a customer. Good customer service should be a basic expectation, but unfortunately, this was far from it. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and provides proper training, as this kind of behavior reflects poorly on the business. Easy and great customer service. The staff where busy restocking but answered cheerfully and helpfully.
Neat store tucked away off Bridgewater, far from the hustle and bustle of Whifltfords City. My order was ready for pickup prior to my arrival, and stirred chilled as requested. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.
