Terrible Experience at BWS Hotel. They kept making things difficult for no reason, being rude, dismissive, and unprofessional at every turn. I felt harassed and disrespected as a guest. This is absolutely unacceptable service. I will never stay here again.
Customers come second here apparently. Two people doing a one mans job is priority
