I had the best customer service the young lady who served me was on point from the start with her customer service. Unfortunately the app said there were 18 drinks in stock when we arrived the shelves were bare. The team member offered the order some however we are not locals so we passed . She then as I was leaving she offered anytime we are in town to let her know and she’ll have some drinks on hand if available a kind gesture and outstanding customer service !
A good selection of all things alcoholic, at reasonable prices. Frequent specials on cartons if you buy more than one.
I have just had the worst experience ever with a male and female of bws Kardina. I have lodged complaint with head office I have a registered service dog and have multiple operations to do with life and death and got a foul mouthed male and then a lady refuse me service as I complained. DISGUSTING behaviour BWS and I hope head office sort it. Many people have issues you can not see and it is NOT you to choose
