The customer service by the older gentleman is atrocious. So many times I have been in here and he is talking on his phone whilst serving, no greetings, never asks for rewards card, just scans your purchase and continues to talk on speaker phone. Went in here on Friday afternoon (27/3/26) and not only is he again talking on the phone while serving, but the shop manager is standing right there not saying a word, watching him serve customers while on a personal phone call! Went in there and the gentleman was on his phone. Went to do purchase, no greeting at all. Went to do rewards card but had already pressed eftpos so had to go back. Then scan of eftpos card and no offer of reciept or greet on exit. Just chatting away on the phone. ABSOLUTELY DISGUISTING SERVICE!!
