I just wanted to say i went in there today to grab some cans, when I walked in i noticed something so I asked the woman if it was for sale, she asked why and i said i would like to buy it for $10 , she replied back nah i think about $100, she then gave me a filthy look so I chose to walk out, not happy and i will be confronting the boss next time
I just want to give a massive massive shout out to the Manager and her staff at BWS Jimboomba Central, they all just absolutely fantastic go above and beyond for every single person that walks through the door and they don’t just rush you out once you’ve been served, they chat and make you feel happy and welcomed. I can not speak highly enough of you guys. Cheers
Absolutely phenomenal service from Pete! My partner and I went into BWS after going to Woolworths as we were feeling like trying a new ginger beer. We went in and looked at the fridge unsure of what to pick when we were approached by the super friendly Pete! He asked what we were looking for and with a smile he started to explain each variety and why we might like/dislike them. It’s very rare to find a bottle shop attendant that knows the selection of drinks and actually wants to help the customers. 5 star service for sure!
