Over heard a transaction from Charlie to a customer called Faye. Charlie (young blonde) went above and beyond to make fayes shopping experience good. Faye was thrilled. After Faye left I told the young girl that I wasn't aware they did gift wrap. She laughed and said they didn't but the little old lady was so kind she quickly did it for her.
