Sunday 12th, cannot honour a simple app deal. Staff is new Charlotte is the name wanted to challenge a 9 year customer? Humiliated a senior in front of other customers waiting. Every other bws stores in the nrth lakes area honoured this deal. No manager in store and beleiving bottle shop attendant was a little un educated. Poor service and poor training with staff.
Great store one of the staff was not very helpful she just walks off when you ask a question
