Was served at the till by the most rudest woman today. I questioned if the discount was applied upon paying which she retorted "hold your horses and calm down, it'll reduce when scanned". Such an aggressive manner. If I were to speak to my clientele in this manner I'd expect disciplinary action. Rude, rude, rude.
the lady who was working was overbearing and asked a question that could have been taken offensively. she simply laughed and after showing my discomfort walked away. I didnt find it funny or friendly, it was unnecessary. next time I'll ask her the same question and we'll see how she likes that. and to the lovely lady working tonight, I hope you realise how much your words can affect someone. Next time maybe think before you speak Thanks for nothing x
