I went to buy whisky for my brother’s eightieth birthday from Hallett Cove BWS I stood in front of the scotch cabinet wanted to pick one up not knowing that the cabinet was locked a I picked one and tried to open the glass door gently when I heard a loud rude yelling by a man with grey hair serving at the counter then a younger man unlocked the door took out the bottle for me I bought it and left I was in shock because he was rude and didn’t even apologise.. after I left and went home I told my son what happened and he said ... read more
The staff at HC are so amazing and so warm and friendly, especially as a long time returning customer. Gerald is such a lovely bloke, and that store is the most friendly BWS store I've ever had! 11/10 recommend
