I came in today to get two 4 packs of cruisers for a deal of 37$. Honest mistake i accidentally stupidly grabbed one pack and scanned and paid before I realised i needed two. I told the girl working and said i wanted the deal and if she could add on the discount as i already paid for the first pack full price. She said no? Terrible service. Was given the wrong bottle of wine and didn’t realise until I got home. Will not drink. Called the store and was not offered an apology or a reasonable solution

Under your laws you can absolutely state to a person that you don’t have to serve them but you have to view the fact that the bottle or the contents is in and that you are consuming it the contents wasn’t consumed. It was an empty. Can there was no fluid in there and if the person actually asked me which I did offer to prove to him that there was nothing in there he said no and basically said not serving so I’m gonna make this very clear.
