Tried to enter the store in the minutes prior to 9:55 pm earlier tonight. The door was locked, so I knocked on the door. The service person [younger person wearing glasses] pointed at the opening times on the glass door and yelled at me they were closed. I told her through the glass it wasn’t yet 9:55 pm, and showed her my iWatch to evidence the fact. The person pointed again—and yelled at me again, this time to go away. Closed 10 minutes earlier than scheduled time
Very unprofessional staff, first they confirm the order then cancel it suddenly with some weird excuse. BWS should learn professionalism from Dan Murphy as to how to process and execute an order. In particular the Nepalese staff are quite nasty with zero customer services skills.
Service is great, the girl at the counter super helpful But…. The alcohol selection is soooooo limited, gotta improve this somehow
