Extremely poor customer service. I was asked for ID in a rude and abrupt manner before even entering the store properly. After providing valid ID, I was still refused service because my friend was standing near the entrance out of the rain, not purchasing anything. I understand liquor laws are strict, but the attitude from the staff member was unnecessarily condescending and sarcastic. One of the Indian staff members at this store was extremely rude. A bottle of wine fell off the shelf by itself, and he rushed over to us, yelling at us. He demanded to see our IDs and said some very rude things to us. We will never come back.

Tried to enter the store in the minutes prior to 9:55 pm earlier tonight. The door was locked, so I knocked on the door. The service person [younger person wearing glasses] pointed at the opening times on the glass door and yelled at me they were closed. I told her through the glass it wasn’t yet 9:55 pm, and showed her my iWatch to evidence the fact. The person pointed again—and yelled at me again, this time to go away.
