I dont live in the area but stopped in today. A big shout out to VIRGINIA who was on shift today. Virginia's smile, the greeting! It was a pleasure shopping here today:) BWS at Richlands plaza lost me as a good long term customer as I was sick of the poor customer service I always received by the female staff member called "SHANNON" who always seemed unhappy in her role or complaining, never once asked how I was even though I always took an interest in her life asking how she was.
