My friend whom is 18 stepped foot in this store and was handling nothing but ice. The man refused to give me my order that had previously already been paid for. He made my friend drive home which her house is 20 minutes away just to get her ID because her ServiceNSW wasn’t working. When my mother comes to collect the order, he still refused service even though she was no longer handling anything. This made us late to set up for a party and I am very furious about this.

I was refused service because my kids were with me. They are teenagers and were wondering around the shop looking the different bottle designs and commenting on lighting. When I went to pay the kids were asked for ID when the fellow could clearly see they were not old enough. He then proceeded to to NOT selll me my 1 bottle of wine. Looking online and the BWS responsible service of alcohol, at no point did I fall into the catagory of REFUSAL OF SERVICE - SECONDARY SUPPLY.
