Great service
Just had a terrible experience at this BWS. For context, I’m over 18 and was with my mum picking out some wines for a Friday night. While we were browsing, a woman kept approaching us asking for help. At first it seemed polite, but she continued coming back multiple times, which felt strange and made me suspect something was going on. When we got to the checkout, I was asked for ID.
