I’ve been going to the BWS Forrestfield for 18 years The service is great and the girls and guys have been really nice and helpful up and till the last 6 months they have employed a elderly woman manager and she is so grumpy not helpful at all and makes it very uncomfortable to purchase my beverages Please BWS can you educate this lady to be a little bit more respectful and friendly to make my purchases more pleasurable.
