Very happy that this is my local bottle-o, mainly because of the excellent customer service from staff like Sabri. Love this supermarket but VERY DISAPPOINTED tonight when I went to buy a bottle of wine @ 7:10pm at night for a BYO restaurant and they’ve closed the bottle shop area so a staff member can take a break. Surely you have more than 1 staff member on shift at this store who is capable of manning the area. With the amount of $$$$$$$.$$ Woolworths turns over every year you can surely man this department at all times.…….. poor rostering by management
