I had a very disappointing experience at this store. When I asked a staff member about being overcharged at 7:00 PM on 20 February 2026, she slammed the scanner down and was visibly impatient, like I owed her money and wasted her time. When I expressed that I was unhappy with her attitude, she claimed the scanner had been dropped by accident. I have never experienced such unprofessional service at BWS before, and there was no apology or smile offered. Very disappointing customer service.
Always Friendly Staff
My wife went to buy a bottle of Baileys which was advertised for $50 for 1 litre. The female staff member said that the special had finished and insisted on this. The website said it was still available. The other staff member already scanned it through and it was $50. I suggest this female staff member get to know her products better.
One of the female staff attitude not helpful and not polite.
