BWS Edgecliff is a great store with an amazing variety of wines and plenty of specials to choose from. The staff are friendly, helpful, and always make the shopping experience enjoyable. Definitely a place worth visiting!

The female working tonight needs to be spoken to by management. Raising her voice at a customer for no reason. She also has no communication skills and has a temper issue. This isn’t the first time this has happened or I’ve seen happen. Going to any liquor store should is an easy transaction, show ID, Pay and leave but this lady is absolutely terrible. I honestly believe that she is taking out her anger at customers.
Today’s staff is under trained. Really disappointed.
