In my opinion, roles involving the sale and service of alcohol require professionalism, sound judgment, emotional control, and the ability to deal with customers calmly and responsibly. The behaviour I observed did not reflect those qualities. While everyone deserves the opportunity to work and contribute to society, I do not believe this person is well suited to a position involving alcohol sales or customer service responsibilities. A role with less direct customer interaction may be more appropriate.
Worst customer service experience I’ve had in a long time. At around 8:10pm on 24 April, I went into the BWS next to Woolworths in Eastwood to grab some alcohol for Anzac Day. As soon as I walked in, there were already 3 customers waiting at the counter and I had to squeeze past them just to enter the store. The guy with the goatee has the worst customer service ever. He had the sign hanging on the store says Be back in 5 min! Which was very nice! The moment he came back as I was waiting there! the first thing he says "Are you from Door Dash ?" Just because am brown doesn’t mean am from Door Dash or Uber. He needs some training ! Never going back to this store again. Not supporting racial stereotypes!
