Hey BWS please let your staff do something Elearning so they can identify peoples age correctly! Or I will consider this guy did it on purpose! I just went to buy wine. An old man at the counter told me that he wanted to see his ID card. I also showed my ID card. I am over 3 0 years old. After reading it, he told me that he could not identify the age of the friend accompanying me. He found various reasons not to sell me. The BWS in Burwood before would not be so difficult. It feels really bad.
