We came in asking for De Bortoli wines but they dont even know what it is!!! OMG! Then we tried to help them out by asking about dessert wines, again, the male worker doesnt know what they are! How can one work in a bottle shop without knowing this. We then approached the female, since the male was rude and abrupt, but she doesnt know any better. Definitely we DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BOTTLE SHOP to anyone. @mindourlanguagetravelgroup
Not happy with bws Rosny order a couple of items my time for delivery was 3.30 I knew I wouldn’t be there before then driver arrived early rings me I said I’m on my way can you wait 15 minutes I was there in ten an he was gone he could have at least waited till the the 3.30 delivery time on the app I had to stuff around ringing him he would not answer so I rang the store and Indian answered couldn’t understand a word so he put me on to someone that speaks English 🤦♀️🤷♂️explained wat happened no help at all never again Ro... read more
Recently just visited the BWS store at Rosny BWS and had a very disappointing experience. I was speaking politely and asking a few questions about the products I wanted to buy a beer, but the staff member – who claimed to be the manager – responded with a rude and dismissive attitude.
