Recently just visited the BWS store at Rosny BWS and had a very disappointing experience. I was speaking politely and asking a few questions about the products I wanted to buy a beer, but the staff member – who claimed to be the manager – responded with a rude and dismissive attitude. I love the selection of this tidy and organized shop, it's very central and convenient for the eastern shore. I do wish older male staff wouldn't comment on young women's age unless they genuinely wish to legally identify someone who appears they may be under the age of 25. I am 32, for reference.
