great service
A staff member (an older woman with grey hair) is so rude. My partner was charged the wrong amount, he advised that the correct price was on a sticker in the fridge, she replied she was too busy to look although he was the only person in the store. When he retrieved the sticker and gave it to her she just ran it through with no apology. Very bad customer service.

Our local. Great prices, range and staff.
Very rude staff. The young man who always wears a hippy hat (very unprofessional) told me he would wait for me because I would be 5 minutes after closing time .. I was 4 minutes late & he wouldn't serve me. The older lady with the long grey hair just points at the rewards scanner & EFTPOS machine... no customer service skills at all. You've lost a customer.. the young guy that used to be there was lovely.. these 2 need some serious customer service training
