whoever worked tonight at this joint on the 3rd of May. Bloke with the glasses requires more training... Asked about the monthly staff promotions and all he kept giving me was 'sorry man I just work here I don't know'. Shouldn't you know because you 'work' here since that's the purpose of the job? I ended up going to a different one because he just did not put the effort to assist at all. Zero effort but whatever. He knows nothing as he claims. I might just avoid this one in the foreseeable future thanks to him.
The guy with long hair working at night before closing yesterday night has the worst customer service i have ever dealt with. Repost 22/04/2026 shocked to see the same guy who did the closing with the same worst customer service still working there :(
While it’s understandable working on a busy public holiday can be flustering and problematic. A gentle reminder to please be more patient and respectful to customers.
