Great service
I never write negative reviews but my experience today made me feel so bad. No customer service, Didn't even acknowledge me entering the store. Too busy on their phones with their back to the door, no friendliness what so ever. Didn't even tell us the amount just pointed to the screen? Do staff not get training on customer service? I can understand having a bad day but wow.. I've been in customer service 10 years + and never acted this way towards customers. Great little bottle shop with lovely staff and a good range. Wish they stocked more cidar, though.

Older man served my daughter when she went to collect my order and was VERY rude. Implied she was attempting to scam him when she incorrectly guessed my order. Embarrassed her infront of other customers. Keep your bipolar mood swings at home not at work please. Not impressed
