No greeting completely rude middle aged man with no sense of customer service or pleasant service . I go there weekly and I have never struck such a complete and utter disrespect. I feel he really did not want to be there . When it’s your local Bottle store it certainly makes me happy to go across the road , take my money elsewhere.

Terrible service. No greeting. No customer interaction today Miserable 2 old men behind the counter. WILL never set my foot in that shop again.
Went to your store today was looking for a brand of Bailies store person (17/08) NZ person employee told me to leave as I had my little Pomeranian under my arm Not on the floor/ about 5 times asked her if she had a certain brand told me to leave because of my little baby girl hence no SALE. Pretty poor when I can take her into the Chemist and Wooolies shopping what a incompetent person need some compassion for the elderly. Angry 😡😡😡
