To complain the staff working at 8 PM Saturday 18th April, very rude and unprofessional.
Extremely rude and unprofessional service. We asked politely if there were more drinks available, and the staff member(lady) responded dismissively and repeatedly, making us feel unwelcome. While my sister and I were talking, she kept giving us side-eye. At the counter, she demanded my ID even though my sister was paying, refused my valid digital ID, and insisted on a physical one, forced us to leave the drinks behind.
