My favorite beverage stockist. Its the staff that make this trip worthwhile. Ever so friendly and greet you personally and continue on a subhect we left last visit. I pass both Dan Murphy's and Thirsty Camel togo welll out of my way to visit this store
I had a glitch with the BWS app where my pickup location was switched to a different store after payment. I called the Craigmore BWS team, and they sorted it out instantly, arranging a transfer so I could collect it from them as intended. When I arrived, the item I wanted was technically out of stock, but the staff creatively packaged loose items together so I could still get the advertised discount price. I was so relieved! Huge shoutout to the Craigmore BWS staff for going the extra mile. Highly recommended!
Some of the staff have a real attitude problem and find them pretty arrogant to tell you the truth. I go there when i need to Because i live nearby and shop at the shopping centre and i understand attitude cuts both ways.
Staff are absolutely wonderful at bws, always friendly and very helpful.
