We went into BWS Coolangatta this morning, chose out 2 items worth about $80. Then proceeded to wait whilst the guy was on the phone talking about some maintenance issue he had at home. It did not sound as though he was talking to a maintenance person in regard to his issue, just a mate. Meanwhile, 2 other customers came in to be served. We ended up leaving and going across the road to the liquor shop in the Strand where you can get good service. Not recommended!

An absolute shame. Today, I received the worst service from the Older gentleman (if I can call him that) with the beard I’ve ever received in my life. Racially profiled me, for a mistake he made, and I truly felt uncomfortable. All while being a paid patron. Honestly appalling. Won’t be going back here. Sort this out, BWS, as looking at your other reviews, it seems there’s a trend here. Your cameras would have all the evidence too (if it hasn’t been deleted already). Incredible in this day and age, really..
