Helpful and friendly staff member (Leroy) assisted me without being asked. He found the wine I was seeking and carried the bottles to the counter. Customer service is excellent at the Clifton Hill BWS. Bravo!
Pretty slack when you drive out of your way to buy a bottle of wine & at 12.36 BWS CLIFTON HILL Is still closed, yet advertised as opening at 12.00. When asked the Metro staff said “they’re always late opening” “Sometimes they don’t even come in”. Off to Liquorland we go …..
Closed for a break at 7pm on a Saturday night…
