Very disappointed with the customer service today (30/10/25). I was made to wait outside for around 5 minutes, and when I finally went in, the lady working there told me she couldn’t serve me at 8. That doesn’t make sense because I’ve been able to buy what I needed at this same BWS before at the same time. Really poor experience.
