Today I walked outside of store not buying bottle and was asked to check my shopping bags. I am not sure this is standard procedure but can feel the distrust when he opened shopping bag in the trolley. After the guy checked, he looked at me and gesture me to leave without a courtesy to say sorry for inconvenience and no smile in his face the whole time. Certainly a training on kindness to customers may be needed here.
