Charged full price for the second purchase, even though it was advertised as $12. Noticed only after i got on a train... 25 mar 7:15pm
Really disappointed with the customer service. Walked into the store, at 8pm on a friday, where store is advertised clearly online and on wall at door that closing time is 11pm. Cashier was rude and said “we are closed” and told us to leave. I understand that sometimes emergencies happen and maybe they did need to close early, however you should still treat customers with respect, tell them nicely. Either way, closing three hours early on a Friday night is pretty disappointing.
I visited this BWS today at 9:00 pm and had a very unpleasant and upsetting experience. I forgot my ID and politely said that I completely understood if he couldn’t sell us anything and that I would go back to get it. Instead of explaining the policy respectfully, the staff member started yelling at us and repeatedly said “this is Australia” in a very aggressive and dismissive way, which made me feel discriminated against and a victim of xenophobia.
