Operator did not know how to operate the till. Person that was looking after the shop while the employee was on break and wanted us to wait until there break finished as they did not know how to access the POS system, this was disappointing after we went to to drive through due to the main walk in shop being shut.... all staff should be trained how to operate the POS system
Was verbally abused by staff after simply trying to do a click and collect. Lodged a complaint through the BWS web site and was told the manager would contact me. No word at all from the manager. Appalling customer service by staff at the shop. Total lack of care by the manager. Won't ever use BWS again.

I went here at 9pm, closing time said it’s supposed to close at 10pm and it was closed by 9pm?? What false advertising.
