I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a recent experience at your store. Upon entering the store, a male employee wearing glasses immediately shouted “Hello” in a very loud voice, which startled me. For the duration of my visit, he kept his head down and focused on his phone, showing a lack of professional service and attention.
