Do not come to this BWS unless you want to be treated automatically like a criminal. Checking ID is completely fair and necessary and being 25 I will always be willing to show. However under recent management, there has been a change in the attitudes from staff making me feel very unwelcome, even simply for browsing. I have been a loyal customer at this BWS store for the last 3 years without any issues, but I will be choosing other locations until management recognizes their unfair treatment/attitude towards customers.
