My 5 stars go to Kim/kym!!!! I live in Nerang and have 4-5 bottle shops I could go to but I drive to bws Carrara and each time I’m met with Kim/Kym. She’s so lovely and easy to deal with every time! Because of her my experience is always great! She’s such a pleasure and deserves recognition for her strong and kind worth ethic! Please show her recognition and appreciation BWS australia!! Average…been a customer for 10 years…now that Donna is gone the only good customer service is from the lovely lady with red hair she is awesome!the young blonde is good too if she isn’t on her phone.The other regular bloke short n stocky…seems nice enough but good luck getting a hello let alone anything else out of him.
Really bad experience the staff doesnt know how to deal with the coustomer this was shift
