Very poor customer service experience at BWS Carnegie North on 13 May 2026 around 5:50 PM. The employee behaved very rudely and impatiently over a simple payment misunderstanding. I mentioned wanting to use a gift card after card payment had already been initiated because I genuinely did not know it had to be mentioned beforehand. Instead of handling it professionally, he repeatedly said “you have to tell me beforehand, okay, okay, okay” in an irritated and disrespectful tone.
