This bottleshop can be a gem, but since the normal manager Jameika has been sent to prospect and now Campbell Town has Michelle, I was in there valentines day and people were everywhere in store, a young girl was trying her best to help people and also serve. I noticed when I got my drinks that there was a queue of about 12 to 15 people waiting to be served and only the young girl was doing anything, the so called manager (Michelle) sat in corner of store behind counter fiddling on computer to make her look busy, no meetings... read more
As I was camping not too far away I made a couple of trips and found some lovely staff and more importantly I found cold Woodstock Bourbon, so I was very happy.
A special BWS store ,the lady manager is a gem ,always approachable ,always on the floor ,spotless ,bottles are always faced up .....EXCELLENT leadership........if only it was a little bigger store BWS head office......
Good range. Helpful friendly staff.
