A lady with yellow hair and black eyeliner was helping us redeem the drinks. From the beginning, she was rude and had a bad attitude. We asked if another brand is available, and she replied, “I don’t have it in stock, how can I give it to you?” She scanned our barcodes and handed us the drinks, but then called us back saying the whole thing wasn’t working and asked us to redo it. It was a wonderful experience to shop in this store and meet that young asian girl. She’s very patient and helped me to find the sparking wine for Mom’s birthday. Definitely will be back again!
One of the worst store I have ever visited. The Chinese lady worker needs to learn how to treat customers. I would never visit this store ever again. She was so rude, never tried to help the customer. Made me feel so uncomfortable while I was in the store with her rude behaviour. The other lady (Aussie lady) was so kind and helpful.
The two lady's in the store were super helpful. Fun and funny. And went above and beyond to help me out and make sure my Friday evening started off right.
asian girl with glasses was rude and unhelpful. you might lose a regular customer thanks. never had a problem with the older staff there. surprise surprise
