I went to BWS at Oasis on Sunday (Australia Day) assisting an elderly client. We were met with the most helpful, kind and welcoming staff member who over extended herself and displayed an excess of patience and knowledge in assisting us. The shop was very busy at the time and she remained calm and continued to help for as long as he needed providing extensive information and assistance.
